As written this bailout bill seems to me to be completely unconstitutional, as it delegates legislative powers to an executive agency while denying review to the courts.
More details to follow, but I have to say this looks like just another awful, rushed Bush administration power grab.

If this bailout doesn't happen, we will be looking at more than a just a recession. I'd rather not live to see another Depression.
If this bailout doesn't happen, we will have more than just a recession. I'd rather not live through a serious Depression. If you understand economics you will understand. The only reason it looks bad for politicians to back this bailout is because the common voter doesn't understand the underlying affects the fall of wall street will have upon not only the U.S. but the rest of the world.
